Helpful Tips

Here are some tips that might help solve any problems you're having or answer any questions you may have.

To log in if you've never logged in or if you forgot your password:
• Enter the email you use with The Capital Club,
• Click on Forgot Password and follow prompts.

To update your member profile:
• Click on Log In,
• Click on View Profile,
• then click Edit Profile (or Contact details> Edit),
• update your info then click Save

To register for a meeting:
• Click in Member Registration for Meeting, 
• Click on Register button, follow the prompts.
• Be sure to click "Confirm" when you get to the "Review and Confirm" prompt or you will not be registered.
• When you click "Confirm" you'll get an email confirmation.

To cancel a reservation: 
• Click in Member Registration for Meeting,
• then, click on Already Registered.
• then, under Status, click on Cancel Registration,
• and then follow the prompts.

To add a guest after you've registered: 
• Click in Member Registration for Meeting,
• then, click on Already Registered.
• then, under Status, click on New Registration,
• and then follow the prompts.

To check to see if you're already registered: 
• Click in Member Registration for Meeting,
• If you are, you'll see "Already registered" in red type.
• Click Register and follow prompts if you're not and want to register.

To search for an email from Capital Club in your inbox:
• To do a search in your email inbox for meeting notices or the dues renewal reminder, 
use "Capital Club of Minnesota" to do the search to find the notices.

Not receiving meeting notices in your work inbox?
• Do a search in your email account for "Capital Club of Minnesota"  
If you find it, move it to your inbox. 
• Have your IT folks whitelist the email address: capitalclubofminnesota@wildapricot.org.
